How we use your information

Overview

Your choices and how to reach us

We use what you share to respond to you, prepare and deliver your assessment, provide the services you ask for, and improve how this site works. If you become a client, we use it to do the work you hired us for.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only with the vendors that run this site and our own systems (for example our website host and email provider), and only so they can perform that work for us, or where the law requires it.

Marketing. We may email you about your inquiry or about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive texts, we use it to send your assessment results, reminders to finish your assessment, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our texting provider), and only to send those messages.

How long we keep it. We keep inquiries and assessment responses for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@spydellsystems.com and we will take care of it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you share, and our site runs over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial details through the form.

Children. This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If we update this policy we will post the new version here and change the date below.

Last updated: October 18, 2026. Questions: info@spydellsystems.com.

Spydell Systems ("we", "us") operates spydellsystems.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us. If you complete our contact form or business assessment, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your business. You choose what to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. Our host, Wix, sets cookies needed to run and secure the site, and, where you allow it, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential parts of the site may not work without them.
