Terms of Service
The assessment and our services
Overview
Using the site, and the legal part
What the assessment is. It asks how your business runs today and gives you back a prioritized read on where time and money are leaking and what is worth fixing first. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a promise of any particular outcome.
What it is not. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or employment advice, and it does not replace professional judgment about your own business. What you decide to do with it is your call.
Accuracy. The assessment can only work from what you tell it, so incomplete or inaccurate answers produce an incomplete or inaccurate result. We work to keep this site and its content correct and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors.
If you hire us. Scope, fees, timing and everything else about the work are set out in a separate written agreement between us. That agreement governs the work. These terms govern the site.
Payments, cancellations and refunds. Setup fees are paid when you accept your quote, and monthly plans are billed each month until cancelled. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, and it stops at the end of the current billing month. If you cancel before we've started your setup, we'll refund the setup fee in full. Once setup work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable, but if something we delivered doesn't work as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund it. Consulting is billed as set out in your written agreement. Questions: info@spydellsystems.com.
How you may use it. Use the site for what it is for. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it, do not submit anything unlawful or deliberately misleading, and do not enter contact details that are not yours.
Our content. The writing, design, graphics and code on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, share it and quote it with attribution. Copying it wholesale or reusing it commercially needs our written permission.
Text messages. Our program is Spydell Systems Assessment Alerts. If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we will text you your assessment results and occasional updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Other sites. Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what is on it.
No warranty. The site and the assessment are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted.
Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the assessment, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Last updated: October 7, 2026. Questions: info@spydellsystems.com.
Spydell Systems, LLC ("we", "us") operates spydellsystems.com. These terms apply when you use this site, take our assessment, or receive messages from us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What we do. We are a consulting business. We help small and midsize companies use AI and better systems to get more done with less friction. Reading this site or taking the assessment does not by itself make you a client or create a consulting relationship.
Changes. We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the bottom tells you when it last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, that is your agreement to the new version.
